The Power of Understanding People provides the tools to understand each participant's own unique communication style. This info-filled, energizing sales training event provides an ideal combination of strong content, laugh-out-loud humor and audience interaction. This program is an entertaining, enlightening and comedic icebreaker and it's the perfect way to put a group at ease and encourage meaningful discussion of communication strengths and vulnerabilities. The format allows participants to get to know one another (and themselves) through individual and group interactions. Sales training and entertainment are delivered simultaneously, which is truly the epitome of our unique form of enter-train-ment.

The first segment of sales training involves a brief overview of Jungian psychology and requires participants to fill out the exclusive Casting Questionnaire, an interactive styles assessment. Participants then learn about the 12 fundamental interactive styles as Dave relates each style to characters from internationally known motion pictures. In fact, we know the participants will be using the Hollywood terminology the rest of the event and beyond. This themed technique is both an incredible learning tool and wildly entertaining. Participants will laugh out loud as Dave's comments really “hit home” during the sales training and beyond.

The sales training session wraps with teams really interacting as they create movies starring their personality types that depict how they'll take what they learned to create a team worthy of an Oscar.
