Teams must create a tropical drink container using at least one fruit and any other decorating items found at the supply depot, such as paper umbrellas, pipe cleaners, stir sticks, etc and present their tropical creation to the other teams. Which team will earn “cheers” from their colleagues and collect award medals as they are “toasted” by all?

After a short questionnaire, participants learn their personality type and which Hollywood movie star they are similar to. The session wraps with teams really interacting as they create movies starring their personality types that depict how they’ll take what they learned to create a team worthy of an Oscar.
