Session 2: The Power of Understanding People
One of Dave Mitchell's most requested programs, this session provides attendees with the tools to understand each participant's own unique communication style. This info-filled, energizing program can be used to teach attendees how to relate to their customers better to improve sales and customer service and to provide leaders with valuable tips on creating a motivating work environment. It will also help them to build stronger and healthier relationships with their colleagues, family and friends.
Session 3: Creating a High Performing Culture
This session kicks off with participants receiving a tool to evaluate their own corporate culture. Once they've determined the status of their corporate culture, they'll laugh out loud as they learn how to use the best practices of high performing cultures to define, install and maintain the desired transformation for their company.
Typical investment for one of Dave's programs is $6,500 plus travel expenses. However, discounts are given if you are in Dave's backyard—Denver, CO. Special consideration may also be given to non-profit associations, or if you can piggyback a session onto another engagement Dave has already booked in your area.
