Meet our team here at Wildly Different. An exciting, loving, and hard-working bunch, dedicated to creating the best events and activities for your team! In order to be the 'experts of fun', we need to make sure we're having fun ourselves - which is why you'll ALWAYS see smiles on our faces. This positivity and constant support for each other is what truly makes us able to Play Outside The Cubicle.

The past couple years have been a struggle and a challenge in the event industry. There's been ups and downs, but we've been so blessed with a team of problem-solvers and have been able to adjust what we offer in order to maneuver this new environment. We've survived, even thrived at times, and it's made us stronger as a team. We can't wait to see what the years to come have in store for us!

After one of our charitable events, we had a donation of snacks and toys to be dropped off at One Heart. As we pulled up, we were told that they were just about to set up for their weekly distribution to the public and that the pantry was almost empty. Tears of joy were shed as this donation from a client went directly into the hands of families and children in need. What a beautiful moment!

While we don't have the answers for that, we DO have the answers to all of our in-person and virtual Mystery Games! However, we still need you to solve them for us!⠀

These mysteries can be done in-person or virtually and are a fantastic way to engage your team in some fun while strengthening their problem-solving skills. A variety of our mysteries could find you solving murders and crimes, locating missing equipment for a concert, interviewing witnesses at a ski resort, and plenty more! 🔍🔓🧩⠀

Hybrid events are becoming more and more popular!

Hybrid events are becoming more and more popular! ⠀

One of the biggest questions we are asked when people are planning a hybrid team building event is about pre-setting teams!⠀
.⠀
Before your event, you should pre-set teams so that in-person participants are on teams together AND virtual participants are on teams together.⠀
.⠀
Why?⠀
.⠀
If you create teams of in-person participants and remote participants, it can be very difficult for the remote attendees to communicate and collaborate during the team building event.⠀
.⠀
To avoid frustration, increase participation, and encourage networking among all your participants, you should pair remote participants together!⠀

At this time of year with so much love and gifts, it's important to remember that many in the world aren't as fortunate as others. This group had that in mind as they built, decorated, and filled red wagons with toys to be donated to children in need! Thank you to all the participants for your much appreciated time and effort!

It was a beautiful day for a carnival! A canned good carnival, that is. These teams built their own version of carnival games out of canned goods that were donated to charity at the end! 🎪🎡👏
