You Can Save Time and Money on Set-Up if Indoor Team Building Games Take Place in the Same Area as the Rest of Your Meeting
Moving attendees can sometimes be challenging. And, paying for set-up in multiple meeting rooms can really add up. So, why not plan indoor team building activities that can take place right in your main meeting room? You could use existing banquet rounds from mealtime functions for an event such as our Pub Quiz Dinner Activity where teams work as a table to tackle trivia, music and visual challenges led from the stage. Other indoor team building activities like Hollywood Game Day can be done from theater-style seating. Everyone in the audience participates in a game such as “One Arm, Two Arm, None” where they hold up one, two or no arms and if the picture that appears on the screen matches what they’re doing, they remain in the game. The last people standing win raffle tickets and form two teams on stage who compete in games similar to those played on the TV show Hollywood Game Night. If they win their head-to-head game, they get a bonus raffle ticket. At the end of the event, tickets are drawn for prizes.
Make a Visit to An Attraction More Meaningful by Weaving in Indoor Team Building Games
Indoor attractions already have a lot going on inside them – that’s why you’re going there! But, if you want to ensure your guests won’t just go off alone to experience what’s on offer, implement indoor team building games that will get them to interact with what’s there and with one another! For instance, we create high-tech hunts, where a map of the venue can be shown with hotspots on it showing teams where to go to answer a question, complete a clue, take a photo or make a video to earn points. A fun indoor team building event for a museum would be Art of the Hunt where teams earn art squares in exchange for the points they earn in the hunt. When the game is over, they color in the squares and hang the squares on a mural to reveal a surprise message or image that can be hung up in the office after the event. Other possibilities for fun indoor venues include a department store where teams can compete in Shop ‘Til You Drop, a charitable activity that has teams solving clues to figure out which items to purchase for and donate to a charitable organization. Or, think about other interesting venues where indoor team building events can be held. For instance, our Movie Madness Game Show, featuring a series of movie-related questions and challenges that can be shown on the big screen, is done in a rented movie theatre.
Save Time by Hosting Indoor Team Building Games for Employees On Site at Your Office
If your indoor team building activities need to be held at the office, there are lots of games that can be done in the employee break room or conference room with minimal space. For example, we have an Escape Room style event called Crack The Code that is done on team iPads – there’s no need to bring in lots of props, because teams are trying to escape out of virtual rooms pictured on the iPad. No break room in your office? No problem! Consider doing an activity like our Cubicle Crashers where you set up a supply depot with items that can be used to decorate employees’ cubicles. Have guests vote for their favorite one and award a prize to the one earning the most votes!
