“Naples and Marco Island, Florida offer the perfect setting for corporate team building activities with their stunning beaches, luxurious resorts, and diverse outdoor landscapes. With a balance of adventure and upscale comfort, these destinations create unforgettable experiences that strengthen teamwork, foster collaboration, and boost company morale.”
Teams participating in this beach team-building event will use cardboard, duct tape, and decorative materials to create their own “beach buggy.” After the building phase, they will face off in exciting head-to-head races against other teams. During the race, two team members will steer the buggy while the rest of the team collaborates at designated challenge stations along the course. Teams will be awarded medals for their creativity and race performance, celebrating their teamwork and innovation.
Conservation Quest is an interactive, app-based team bonding experience that combines fun, competition, and education. As teams explore the beach, they complete challenges, earn points, and gain insights into marine life, conservation, and ocean preservation. Along the way, participants make a real impact by collecting trash and microplastics—major threats to our oceans—revealing just how much plastic pollution exists, even on beaches that seem clean at first glance.
Slip on your flip-flops and get ready for an unforgettable scavenger hunt celebrating all things “Margaritaville.” The emcee will introduce the team builder and then teams will set off on a unique “happy hour” adventure, exploring the area while completing exciting challenges. Powered by a dynamic game app that tracks their progress, teams must make their way to GPS hotspots to unlock a variety of photo, trivia, and puzzle challenges, and compete for the ultimate bragging rights—ensuring that “come Monday,” they’ll have plenty to celebrate.
As teams make their way to this fun event, the lively sounds of summertime songs and steel drums instantly set a beachy vibe—whether the event takes place on the sand, indoors, or elsewhere. Participants are greeted with a colorful lei to act as their team ID, enhancing the tropical atmosphere. Then, the emcee kicks off the fun, guiding teams through a series of exciting beach-themed challenges that have them building castles that are sky high and hangin’ ten with a pool noodle relay.
