Summer Team Building Activities
Rather than planning the same old company picnic, celebrate summer by organizing a team bonding event for your group that is truly one to remember. Our summer-themed teambuilders are designed to get teams of all sizes engaged and connecting with one another. Our team of professionals will organize the activity from start to finish, so you can enjoy all the fun alongside your group. Below are some of our favorite summer team building events.
Beach Bar Battle
With regards to team building, it’s time to raise the bar – a beach bar, that is! Everyone is sure to hold a torch for this event, which finds them transforming an ordinary classroom table into a seaside beach bar! Choose to pair this with a tropical drink-making challenge to give this summer team building activity more punch!
Beach Dash
The sound of summertime hits transports participants to the beach…whether they are truly there or not, as this event can take place indoors or outdoors. In addition to the music, leis for each participant set the mood and serve as team identification. The emcee welcomes guests and leads teams through a series of beach-themed challenges. Your group’s competitive spirit will soar during summertime challenges like Beach Blanket Bingo where participants use a giant slingshot to launch colorful bean bags to their teammates who are holding a beach towel that looks like a target!
Medal Rush
Embrace a swell of pride and the thrill of victory without waiting for the Summer or Winter Olympics in this action-packed, competitive team-building event! By completing Olympic-themed challenges around an “Olympic Village” using a GPS-enabled app, your team will compete for the gold in an attempt to place on the podium
